Another Jason Byrne goal helped Bray Wanderers earn a vital 2-1 Airtricity League Premier Division victory at the Carlisle Grounds.
Pat Devlin's side hit the front on 15 when Jason Byrne rifled a delightful left footed strike into the bottom corner.
But Bohs equalised on the half hour mark when Dinny Corcoran headed home Keith Ward's precise cross.
The Seagulls reclaimed the lead in the 60th minute when Danny O'Connor slammed Bray ahead in a crowded area.
Pat Devlin's outfit produced a solid display and deserved to glean three points.
Unsurprisingly Bray were keen to get Kieran Marty Waters involved early on and two minutes in the pacy winger delivered a threatening cross which Keith Buckley intercepted.
Bray were purposeful initially and Pat Devlin's charges took the lead in the 15th minute courtesy of another opportunistic Byrne goal.
The veteran used all his guile to evade Evan McMillan's challenge before drilling a sweet left footed strike into the bottom corner as Bray hit the front.
Bohs continued to pass the ball with Adam Martin, Stephen Traynor, and Keith Ward intent on distributing on the deck.
The Gypsies were becoming a tad frustrated, but then they equalised in the 30th minute when Dinny Corcoran's clever header restored parity.
Ward's corner wasn't properly cleared and the midfield located Corcoran, who glanced the Dubliners level.
Buoyed up by Corcoran's intervention Bohs spurned a 38th minute chance following a swift move with Peter McMahon going close as the teams departed deadlocked at the break.
Two minutes after the restart Keith Buckley's deep cross found Adam Martin, but the midfielder's header was saved by Darren Quigley.
The Bray custodian had to be alert again moments later when denying Kevin Feely following substitute Derek Pender's centre.
Quigley made a splendid reflex stop to deny a Luke Byrne free kick as Bohemians sought to take the lead.
But the Gypsies were rocked in the 60th minute when a Bray set piece ended with a preventable goal.
Bohs failed to deal with a routine Kevin Knight's free kick and Danny O'Connor prodded the ball over the line following headers from Byrne and John Mulroy.
In the closing stages Bohs substitute Karl Moore was unlucky that a crafty 25 yard volley went inches wide, but Bray held on for a satisfying victory.
