Cork City FORAS Co-op have confirmed Turner’s Cross as the venue for their home games for the 2010 season.

The supporter-owned FORAS club were granted a Division 1 licence on Monday night.

Commenting, General Manager Kevin Mullen said: ‘Turner’s Cross is the best venue in the league, and I am delighted that we will be playing at the spiritual home of League of Ireland football in Cork.

'I look forward to seeing a large, passionate crowd backing their club in our first home game against Waterford United.’

‘I would like to thank everyone at the Munster Football Association for their assistance, especially Ger Delaney and Vince Cummins, and I look forward to an enjoying an excellent working relationship with all at the MFA.’
