Shamrock Rovers have completed the signing of former Hibernian midfielder Ross Chisholm until the end of the current season.
The 21-year-old Scottish underage international had been with Hibs since 2006, making 43 first team appearances – but was recently released by new manager John Hughes.
Hoops boss Michael O’Neill confirmed: 'We had Ross over for the friendly against Newcastle United. He made quite an impression and we’re delighted to have signed him.'
O'Neill added: 'Along with our other recent signings, Ross adds depth to our squad. He’s a very good central midfielder and he’s keen to make an impression at Shamrock Rovers.'
