Bohemian have confirmed that defender Jason McGuinness has been disciplined after admitting he used a racially abusive term in an altercation with Sligo Rovers star Romuald Boco.
McGuinness apologised to Sligo Rovers and to Romuald Boco after the match in Sligo on 18 April and accepted a fine and suspension from the squad.
The Gypsies have made written submissions to the FAI Disciplinary Committee in relation to the Sligo incident and a hearing is scheduled for 6 May.
The Showgrounds encounter ended in a scoreless draw.
