The Football Association of Ireland has confirmed the RDS as the venue for the 2008 FAI Ford Cup final on Sunday, 23 November.
The final was held in the RDS for the first time last season, when Cork City lifted the trophy after defeating Longford Town 1-0.
Eircom League of Ireland Director Fran Gavin says that the Dublin 4 venue is the ideal place to host the FAI Ford Cup final.
Gavin said: 'We are delighted to confirm that the 2008 FAI Ford Cup final will be held in the RDS. The RDS is a great venue and we look forward to making this year’s final a showpiece worthy of concluding what has been a terrifically entertaining season.'
The 2008 FAI Ford Cup Fourth Round will begin this Friday 15 August. Fourth Round fixtures are as follows:
