Fahrudin Kuduzovic, Raffaele Cretaro and Anto Murphy came off the bench to inspire Sligo Rovers to a 3-0 defeat of unlucky Galway United at the Showgrounds.
Kuduzovic scored twice, Cretaro grabbed one, and Murphy claimed an assist and won a penalty as managerless Galway slumped to another defeat.
In a game that produced nine bookings and saw Galway defender Wesley Charles and Rovers boss Paul Cook sent-off, Kuduzovic opened the scoring on 61 minutes with a stunner and wrapped it up with the third from the spot on 81 minutes.
In between, Cretaro flicked a header past the helpless Gary Rogers to put Rovers two up.
The home side kept faith with the side that earned a point in the Brandywell in their previous outing. Galway made two changes to the side beaten by Cork, with Ollie Fenn, Derek O'Brien and Stephen O'Flynn introduced, and Derek Glynn and Alan Keane dropping to the bench.
Galway looked low in confidence in the early stages, with Brian Cash and Alan Moore looking threatening for Rovers on the flanks.
But the visitors withstood the early pressure, and under-fire 'keeper Rogers grew in confidence after safely claiming a number of high balls.
And the Tribesmen had a decent chance to open the scoring on 19 minutes, but captain John Fitzgerald headed Marc McCulloch's cross over the top from ten yards out.
Rovers boss Cook was sent to the stands just before this for remonstrating with fourth official Richie Winter, and referee Dave McKeon also produced five yellow cards in a lively first-half.
Rovers' best chance of the half fell to Steve Feeney on 37 minutes, but his powerful header from a Gavin Peers centre was tipped over the top by Rogers.
But Rovers finally broke the deadlock just after the hour-mark after introducing Kuduzovic and Cretaro.
With almost his first touch, Kuduzovic skilfully made a bit of room for himself 25 yards out, before curling a superb shot past Rogers and into the net off the right-hand post.
Not to be outdone, Cretaro back-headed a long throw from Murphy over a stranded Rogers on 74 minutes to push Rovers clear.
Kuduzovic wrapped it up from the penalty spot on 81 minutes, after former Rovers defender Wesley Charles was shown a straight red card for a foul on Murphy.
