Porto wrapped up consecutive Portuguese SuperLiga titles under manager Jesualdo Ferreira in style as they thumped Amadora 6-0 on Saturday night.

Ferreira signed a new deal to remain at the Dragao Stadium until June 2009 in midweek, and his players celebrated by claiming their second consecutive league title since the 61-year-old boss arrived at the club in the summer of 2006.

The home side raced into a two-goal lead after just 11 minutes when Lucho Gonzales and Tarik Sektioui struck within three minutes of one another.

The Dragons' third goal did not arrive until the 64th minute when Portugal winger Ricardo Quaresma was on target as the floodgates then opened with a Fernandes Mauricio own goal (71) followed by strikes from Bruno Alves (78) and Lisandro Lopez (87).

The result leaves Porto 18 points clear of closest rivals Guimaraes with five games to play.

In Saturday night's other game, Academica and Vitoria Setubal played out a goalless draw.
