Kilkenny City are facing a goalkeeping crisis are they prepare for the crucial game with Finn Harps at Buckley park, kick-off 7.45pm.

Their regular goalkeepers, Gerry Treacy (suspended) and AJ Murray (ankle), will be missing. Centre-half Robbie Quan will deputise after filling in for Treacy after he was sent-off last week.

Derek Loughnane (leg) is also out and there is a doubt over the fitness of Aaron Ryan.

Finn Harps have no injury problems but Paul Hegarty could shuffle the pack after last week's 1-1 draw with Athlone Town.

Hegary was disappointed with last week’s result as it put the destiny of the title in Cobh Ramblers hands.

He said: 'It was two points dropped and we didn't play as well as we can. The players were disappointed and rightly so. They didn't perform to the best of their abilities and we spoke about it on Monday night at training.

'We have to get our heads around this and there are some important matches coming up.  We need to shed the disappointment before Saturday and we have been working on that this week.”

Harps will be expecting to pick up the win tonight as they have beaten their hosts in all three of their meetings this season, scoring 12 goals along the way.
