Derby County have signed Scotland striker Kenny Miller from Celtic for an undisclosed fee.
Miller agreed a three-year contract with Billy Davies's side after the Rams had an offer, believed to be around £3m, accepted by the Scottish champions.
Miller had fallen out of favour with Gordon Strachan's side and was left out of their Champions League qualifier against Spartak Moscow on Wednesday.
Strachan could no longer promise Miller first team football hence the move to the Pride Park.
The former Rangers star will not feature in Derby's match at Liverpool on Saturday because he did not sign before the Premier League's noon registration deadline.
