Derby County will today submit a detailed planning application for a £20million development at Pride Park.
The Pride Plaza scheme, unveiled three months ago and including a hotel, restaurants and office space, will take another step forward when the plans are handed in to Derby City Council.
‘While Pride Park continues to be a big economic driver for Derby it is time to move up a gear now the club has won back the Premier League status a premier city demands,’ Rams chairman Peter Gadsby told the club's website, dcfc.co.uk.
