Drogheda United have agreed to transfer striker Glen Fitzpatrick to eircom Premier title-rivals St Patrick's Athletic.
Fitzpatrick signed for Drogheda in 2005 after two years at Shelbourne.
He has also played for Shamrock Rovers and UCD and has represented Ireland at U-18 level.
Drogheda have brought in Newcastle-born striker Guy Bates from the Belgian club KV Oostende.
