Brazil striker Fred has returned home from the Copa America after breaking a bone in his foot during training.
The Lyon ace, who picked up the injury during a friendly clash with a Puerto La Cruz select XI, does not expect a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
He said: 'I'm very sad, but now I'm a bit more resigned.
'The doctors of the national squad told me that I'm suffering a simple contusion and I'm going to recover very fast.'
Dunga's side are currently preparing for their Group B clash with Chile tomorrow.
