Former Rangers manager Paul La Guen has been appointed coach of Paris St Germain, replacing Guy Lacombe less than two weeks after leaving Rangers.
Le Guen is a former PSG player who left the Ibrox side by mutual consent last week.
He endured a miserable spell at Ibrox but enjoyed great success at Lyon, leading the club to three successive Ligue 1 titles.
He replaces Lacombe who has left with PSG languishing in 17th position in the Ligue 1 table, just one place and two points above the relegation zone.
The final straw seems to have been the 2-1 home defeat to 10-man Valenciennes on Saturday
