Shelbourne have to today completed the sale of defender Sean Dillon to Scottish Premier League side Dundee United, for an undisclosed transfer fee.
Dillon moved to last season's eircom League champions from Longford Town in January 2006.
He previously had a spell with Aston Villa but moved back to Ireland in 2002 to join Longford.
He has been capped for Ireland at U19, 20 and 21 level and won the League Cup (2004) and two FAI Cups (2003 and '04) while playing for Longford.
