Steven Pressley is set to make his Celtic debut against Kilmarnock in their Bank of Scotland Premier League clash at Parkhead on Tuesday.

The former Hearts skipper, who signed an 18-month contract with the champions on Friday, was registered with the Scottish Football Association this morning.

Midfielders Jiri Jarosik (gashed shin) and Evander Sno (virus), who both missed the 1-1 draw at Motherwell on Saturday, may return for the visit of the Ayrshire side.

Shaun Maloney (ankle), Mark Wilson (knee) and Bobo Balde (broken leg) remain on the sidelines. Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink is approaching fitness after a hamstring problem but will not be considered.
