Former Sweden goalkeeper Magnus Hedman flew to London yesterday to sign for Premiership champions Chelsea.
The 33-year-old former Coventry and Celtic netminder is set to sign for Jose Mourinho's side until the end of the season as further cover while Petr Cech recovers from his skull injury.
Before taking off from Stockholm, he told TV4: 'Chelsea and I have agreed terms and I am very happy.'
Hedman retired in the summer of 2005, but impressed while on trial with the Stamford Bridge outfit.
