Derry City manager Stephen Kenny is set to leave the Brandywell in order to take charge of Scottish Premier League side Dunfermline Athletic, according to reports.
The BBC claim that Kenny, who still has over two years left on his Derry contract, is set to beat Owen Coyle and John Robertson for the Dunfermline role.
Derry have previously played down rumours linking Kenny to East End Park, but it is believed he has a get out clause in his contract he receive an offer from a UK Club.
Dunfermline Chairman John Yorkston said: 'We've met some people and spoken to others on the phone. There's been a lot of interest from Scotland and further afield.
'The important thing is to get the right person and not to rush into appointing someone just because they're available,' he added.
