The eircom League Board of Control has decided to refer to arbitration the FAI Appeal Board's decision in relation to the Bohemians v Shelbourne Premier Division fixture.
The Appeals Board decided that the game should be replayed after it was found that Bohs had played Jason McGuinness, who was due to serve a suspension, when the game was played at Dalymount Park in August.
Shelbourne drew 2-2 with Drogheda United at Tolka Park last night and lie three points clear at the top of the table.
