UCD beat Bohs at Dalymount Park

Bohemians miserable run continued at Dalymount Park, with UCD registering a 1-0 victory – their first away win since August.

Bohemians may be looking forward to a lucrative move away from this famed Dublin ground but that did little to warm the hearts of their home support, who continually voiced their frustrations throughout the ninety minutes.

UCD dominated the first half with Conor Sammon and Patrick Kavanagh all coming close in a frantic five minute spell.

Kavanagh and Ronan Finn had combined to set up Sammon on 20 minutes, with UCD's leading marksman shooting over the bar.

Stephen O' Brien then came off his line to deny Kavanagh soon after, with Sammon then failing to connect properly with a Derek Doyle cross .

Bohemians only chance of note came on 31 minutes when Darren Quigley dived low to his left to deny Stephen Ward.

Bohemians, who lost Republic of Ireland Under-21 international John Paul Kelly just before the break, conceded the winner on 57 minutes when Patrick Kavanagh shot low past Stephen O' Brien.
