Kilkenny City manager Adrian Fitzpatrick will field his youngest team ever when Cobh Ramblers visit Buckley Park this evening, kick-off 7.30pm.
Fitzpatrick must bring in some youth players with the bottom club decimated by injuries to Paul Donnelly, Conor McMahon, Aaron Mooney, Willie Doyle, James Timmons and Peter Darcy, while Paddy O'Hanlon is getting married.
'I'm going to wind and burp them before I send them out,' joked Fitzpatrick whose Cats have taken just one point from their last 13 games.
Midfielders Darren Murphy and Steve Yelverton return for fourth-placed Cobh, although Michael Mulconry (ankle) and Mickey O'Shea (knee) are very doubtful starters.
