Mid-table Finn Harps will be hoping to close the gap on the First Division pacesetters when they host second-placed Shamrock Rovers at Finn Park this evening, kick-off 8.00pm.

'We've got to be brave and perform against Harps,' said Rovers boss Pat Scully after a second poor display in a row in the 1-1 draw with Limerick at Tolka Park on Sunday.

'We've dropped our standards and have to get back to sticking to our principles,' added Scully who welcomes back midfielder Vinny Perth and Andy Myler from suspension.

Harps, who've narrowly lost their last two games, have right-back Sean McGowan back from suspension, while midfielder Barry Curran is a doubt with a sore Achilles heel.
