Harpal Singh came alive to work the oracle again for Sligo Rovers as they regained fourth place in the eircom League Premier Division table with a late winner to seal a 1-0 victory.
Paul McTiernan won a free-kick off Thomas Heary on the edge of the Bohemians box with five minutes to play.
And winger Singh, who had scored both goals in last week's 2-0 win at Longford, took the kick which Bohs keeper Stephen O'Brien could only touch up into the air.
Midfielder Adam Hughes followed up to tap the dropping ball into the net to give Rovers a third win of the season over managerless Bohs.
The victory puts in-form Sligo two points ahead of champions Cork City, who visit the Showgrounds for a mouth-watering clash on Tuesday night.
Both sides had earlier rattled the woodwork in a lively encounter.
The hardworking Darren Mansaram burst through on the Bohs goal on 57 minutes to blast a shot off a post.
Bohs substitute Stephen Ward was then unlucky at the other end on 77 minutes when he turned sweetly to hit a left-footer that came back off the crossbar.
Though Sligo had much of the first half possession, it was Bohs who carved out the real chances.
Midfielder Heary forced Rovers 'keeper John O'Hara into the first save of the night on 14 minutes.
There was another let-off for Rovers on 40 minutes. John Paul Kelly played Aidan O'Keeffe in and O'Hara again had to show his reflexes to tip over the clever chip.
