Republic of Ireland manager Steve Staunton has been forced to make two changes to his squad ahead of the European qualifier against Germany in Stuttgart on 2 September.

Paddy Kenny (thigh strain) and Stephen Kelly (calf strain) have both withdrawn from the squad due to injury.

Barnsley goalkeeper Nicky Colgan and Preston player Sean St Ledger have both been drafted into the squad that trains in Malahide later today.
