Longford Town have completed the signing of striker David Freeman from defunct Dublin City and he, along with fellow ex-Vikings team-mate Damien Brennan, comes straight into the squad for tonight's clash with Drogheda United at Flancare Park.

Central defender Kevin Doherty may be over a calf strain, though midfielder John Martin (ankle) has now joined Shay Kelly, Stephen Paisley and Dave Mooney on the sidelines.

Declan O'Brien and James Keddy remain Drogheda's only absentees.

Although defender Graham Gartland is a slight doubt, boss Paul Doolin expects to work off the same panel used for the win over HJK Helsinki last Thursday.
