Damien Duff is set to move from Chelsea to Tottenham Hotspur in an £11million switch, according to reports in several British newspapers.
Reports claim that the 27-year-old Irish international completed a medical over the weekend and is poised to sign a four-year contract.
Duff has found himself increasingly on the periphery of things at Stamford Bridge and the arrival of new signings such as Michael Ballack and Andriy Shevchenko could mean that Duff is surplus to requirements.
So far neither Chelsea or Tottenham have commented on the speculation.
Meanwhile Tottenham are among the clubs interested in Juventus' Pavel Nedved, according to the midfielder's agent.
Nedved, the 33-year-old who was at the World Cup with the Czech Republic, is reported to be considering his options after Juventus' relegation following the Italian match-fixing scandal.
His representative, Zdenek Nehoda, told the Daily Telegraph: 'Monaco, Tottenham and some clubs from United Arab Emirates and Qatar have come up with specific offers.'
