Gary O'Neil has challenged Arsenal's European heroes from the Bernabeu and Stadio delle Alpi to deal with the stark intimidation of Fratton Park tonight.

Portsmouth midfielder O'Neil will captain the side unless manager Harry Redknapp gives fit-again Dejan Stefanovic his second match in five days.

"At Arsenal there are a few young lads who have played all their careers in the Premiership," said O'Neil.

"They don't really know what it is like coming to an old-fashioned ground like ours.

"Some of them may not have been to a place like it before and if we can get in among them in the first 20 minutes we might shake them up a bit.

"The only way to play against a team like Arsenal is to get in their faces and press them as hard as you can."
