Paul Byrne and Conor Sammon hit a brace apiece as UCD’s Saturday evening experiment worked a threat as they moved up to fourth in the table.
Bray were the better side before being rocked by three goals inside five minutes to end the game as a contest.
Byrne slipped home the opener after good work by Darragh Ryan down the left on 38 minutes before Sammon shot home the second within a minute.
Sammon added a third a minute before the break after Chris O’Connor parried Byrne’s shot. Ryan again set up Byrne for his second on 66 minutes.
Bray pressed for the remainder of the game and got their consolation from Colm Tresson eight minutes from time.
