Celtic chairman Brian Quinn is confident Roy Keane will continue playing for the club next season.
The 34-year-old former Manchester United midfielder signed an 18-month contract when he joined in January but there have been suggestions he may retire or look to move into management.
But with Celtic poised to clinch the Bank of Scotland Premier League title, Quinn has praised the contribution of the Cork native and believes he will want to play on.
Quinn told BBC Radio Four's Today programme: "He has had an enormous influence. Do I think he will play for us next season? Yes, I do.
"I think he will want to play on. He said after the Scottish League Cup final that was what wanted to do and I think he will."
