Sol Campbell (ankle) and Freddie Ljungberg (calf) are not fit enough to be considered for Arsenal's Barclays Premiership clash against Aston Villa.
Campbell has suffered a minor toe setback but coach Arsene Wenger is hopeful Ljungberg could be back for the return leg of their Champions League quarter-final against Juventus in Turin.
Wenger will still be without left-back Ashley Cole (ankle) and Pascal Cygan (hamstring) while Lauren is out for the season after knee surgery.
Provisional squad: Lehmann, Almunia, Eboue, Toure, Senderos, Hleb, Flamini, Fabregas, Gilberto, Pires, Henry, Adebayor, Djourou, Song, Bergkamp, van Persie, Reyes.
Aston Villa captain and centre-back Olof Mellberg has been ruled out of the clash with Arsenal at Highbury because of a flu bug.
The Sweden international had been hopeful of returning after missing last weekend's goalless draw with Fulham at Villa Park because of a hamstring injury.
But the player has been confined to bed because of the virus and Villa manager David O'Leary will again have to put his faith in Liam Ridgewell and Aaron Hughes.
