West Bromwich Albion are without suspended midfielder Nigel Quashie for Saturday's clash with Chelsea at The Hawthorns.
Midfielder Zoltan Gera continues to be sidelined as he seeks to build-up his fitness after a pelvic injury.
Junichi Inamoto or Darren Carter will to replace Quashie in the centre of midfield, while Steve Watson returns to the squad after a month on the sidelines.
Frank Lampard is the biggest concern for Chelsea ahead of the game.
Lampard damaged his hamstring in the Champions League tie with Barcelona but was forced to play on as Chelsea went down to 10 men following the dismissal of left-back Asier del Horno.
Lampard has undergone further scans and treatment on the injury but is highly doubtful for the trip to the Midlands.
Mourinho is likely to opt for a midfield trio of Eidur Gudjohnsen, Michael Essien and Claude Makelele. Defender William Gallas is also doubtful with a thigh problem.
West Brom squad: Kuszczak, Kirkland, Albrechtsen, Watson, Davies, Martinez, Robinson, Carter, Wallwork, Kozak, Inamoto, Greening, Kamara, Ellington, Kanu, Campbell.
Chelsea squad: Cech, Cudicini, Ferreira, Huth, Terry, Carvalho, del Horno, Geremi, Duff, Robben, J Cole, C Cole, Crespo, Drogba, Maniche, Makelele, Gudjohnsen, Essien, Wright-Phillips, Johnson.
