Shelbourne have agreed an undisclosed fee with Scottish Premier League side Livingston for the sale of winger Wesley Hoolahan.
Hoolahan, 22, has been playing eircom league soccer with Shelbourne since August 2001.
He joined the club from junior side Belvedere and has been capped for the Republic of Ireland at Under-17 and Under-21 level.
Personal terms are expected to be agreed in the next few days.
Meanwhile, the Dublin club have confirmed on their official website that they have arranged three pre-season friendlies.
The reds will play Limerick FC and Galway United away and host Shamrock Rovers at Tolka Park. Dates will be announced later.
