Derry City can go a point clear of Cork City at the top of the eircom League Premier Division with a win over St Patrick's Athletic in tonight's televised clash at The Brandywell.

"We've drawn twice with Pat's this season," said Derry boss Stephen Kenny cautiously. "They have also beaten Cork away recently so it isn't going to be easy for us."

Left winger Killian Brennan (knee) is in a race against time to be fit, but Gary Beckett and Kevin Deery are back from injuries.  Barry Molloy, sent off in last week’s win in Bray, misses the last two games due to suspension.

Saints wait on goalkeeper Barry Ryan who had to go off with a knock in last week's survival clincher with Shamrock Rovers. Barry Prenderville, Michael Foley and Vinny Perth all return from suspension.
