Belgian side KAA Gent have confirmed the signing of former Republic of Ireland and Bohemians star Dominic Foley.
Foley and Bohs parted company last week following dispute of non-payment of monies due.
Foley played against his new employers for Bohemians in the UEFA Intertoto Cup earlier in the summer and is believed to have impressed club officials with his performance.
The Charleville man won six caps for Ireland and previously played for several clubs including St James’s Gate, Wolves and Sporting Braga.
His new side were beaten 2-1 away at Germinal Beerschot yesterday and lie 11th in the table, eight points behind leaders Standard Liege after four series of games.
