Finn Harps defender Ian Rossiter has rejoined home town club Sligo Rovers in a loan deal.
Rossiter had been at Finn Park for less than a year since leaving the Sligo club, whom he joined from Galway United. He made his debut against Kilkenny City just ten months ago in a 1-0 victory at Buckley Park.
In all, Rossiter played 25 times for the club (three appearances as a substitute) and scored a single goal. His last appearance for Harps came in the 3-1 home defeat to Bohemians ten days ago.
The former Irish under-age international was a member of Brian Kerr's Under-16 European Championship winning side in 1998.
The move sees Rossiter swap a relegation battle with Harps for a promotion chase with eircom League First Division leaders Rovers.
