Shelbourne look set to complete the signing of former Irish international Curtis Fleming.

The 36-year-old agreed a four-month contract with the eircom League side last night.

Fleming made his name with St Patrick's Athletic before crossing the channel to play for Middlesbrough. He finished his spell in England with London club Crysal Palace.

The defender joins midfielder Alan Moore and strikers Glen Crowe and Jason Byrne as current Shels players who have donned the green jersey at the highest level.

Meanwhile, Shelbourne boss Pat Fenlon has no injury worries ahead of his side's Champions League second-leg clash with Glentoran tomorrow night.
