West Ham United manager Alan Pardew has informed Northern Ireland international Steve Lomas that he can leave Upton Park. The former Manchester City midfielder joined the Hammers for £1.6million in 1997 but has been told he is surplus to requirements following their return to the Premiership at the end of last season.
