Roy Keane may face disciplinary action after mocking Southampton supporters following their relegation from the Barclays Premiership yesterday.
The Manchester United skipper was ushered off the pitch by stewards at St Mary's when warming down after the Red Devils' 2-1 victory over the Saints.
Saints fans jeered Keane, who was an unused substitute for the Red Devils', and the Irish international then responded to the taunting by pointing down and waving goodbye.
Keane was quickly escorted down the tunnel by stewards and away from a 500-strong group of fans who had been calling for the resignation of Southampton chairman Rupert Lowe.
