At today's eircom League AGM in Cork, Paddy McCaul of Athlone Town was elected chairman of the eircom League.
In other appointments, Billy Young was affirmed as chairman of the League's independent tribunal.
Michael Hyland was nominated as the new chairman of the FAI's disciplinary commission, Charlie Cahill was nominated as the FAI nominee on the commission while Arnold O'Byrne was nominated as the League nominee.
Gerard Horkan (UCD) was nominated to be the League's representative on the Leinster FA while Jim Murphy (Cork City) was nominated to be the League's representative on the FAI Youths Committee.
The league also confirmed the fixture list for the 2005 season.
