Former Chelsea player Adrian Mutu has been given the green light to complete his move to Juventus, according to his agent.
Mutu is expected to be presented to the media next week by his new club -possibly on Tuesday - after finally severing his ties with Chelsea.
Juventus have already reached the limit of non-European players this season but a loophole allows them to complete the deal if they sign the Romanian forward from another Italian club.
So Mutu will sign for Livorno before immediately switching to the Turin giants to help Juventus meet Serie A criteria.
Chelsea sacked the player after he tested positive for cocaine - he is currently serving a seven-month ban.
