Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho has been named as coach of a 2004 fantasy team by French sports daily L'Equipe.
Mourinho ends a magical year with his Chelsea side on top of the Premiership after winning a memorable double of the Champions League and Portuguese title with former club Porto.
Two Chelsea players - central defenders John Terry and Ricardo Carvalho – are also named in the team.
Carvalho also moved from Porto to Chelsea in the summer while two of his former team-mates are also in the XI in Deco and Maniche.
Deco is now at Barcelona while Maniche remains on the books of the European and World Club champions.
