Porto seem likely escape punishment for the racist chants aimed at Didier Drogba and William Gallas by their fans during their Champions League clash with Chelsea.
A section of Porto supporters taunted the pair with monkey noises in last night's group H game at the Dragao Stadium - but UEFA reported today they have yet to receive evidence which could lead to action against the Portuguese club.
A spokesman for UEFA said: "At the moment there is no investigation, because neither the referee nor the UEFA delegate mentioned any of the chanting in their reports."
While the Chelsea players insisted they never heard any of the chants directed towards their team-mates, Porto striker Benni McCarthy slammed the home fans for their stupidity.
The South Africa international said: "In this life people have to grow up a little bit, and I don't see why people make those kind of noises.
"They do it to one black player. But our team also has black players, so we feel it too. People need to be more mature and think about these issues.
"We all want a better world, and these things can start on the football field. We should show respect for all people whether they are a black guy, a white guy, Indian, yellow or blue or whatever."
