Shelbourne can move to within a point of retaining their eircom Premier League title with a second victory of the week over Longford Town at Flancare Park tonight.

They must do so without their inspirational skipper Owen Heary and fellow defender Jamie Harris though, both of whom are suspended.

Kevin Doherty is likely to join Dave Rogers in central defence with Stuart Byrne set to drop back to slot in at right-back. Town also make changes from Monday’s 3-1 defeat at Tolka Park with both right-back Alan Murphy and striker Paul Keegan banned.
