Derry City entertain Waterford United in the first semi-final scheduled for Friday October 1.
Cup holders Longford Town welcome Drogheda United to Flancare Park on Sunday October 3.
Alan Mathews' side will go into the United game full of confidence after defeating Drogheda at the weekend.
