Pat Dolan's Cork face Malmo tonight

Cork City's task against Malmo in the Intertoto Cup this evening has been made easier with the news that former Swedish international Patrik Andersson, who has also played for Bayern Munich and Barcelona, is to miss the match through injury. However, the Swedes are hopeful that Andersson will be available for the return leg next weekend.

Malmo boss Tom Prahl said: "I am expecting a tougher game from Cork than Portadown in the UEFA Cup last season. It will take a good performance from my players to beat Cork City. I am looking forward to playing in Ireland".

Cork boss Pat Dolan has no major injury concerns. Kick off at Turner's Cross is 7.00pm.
