Leeds United goalkeeper Paul Robinson looks to set to be the first to go in the great Elland Road sale, after chairman Gerald Krasner revealed that the club are close to agreeing a deal that will see him join Tottenham.
Leeds will be forced to sell their top players during the summer following their relegation from the Premiership and Krasner has announced that talks between Spurs and the Whites over the goalkeeper are at an advanced stage.
Robinson had been set to join Spurs during the January transfer window but the move fell through when it was clear he would not be able to rejoin Leeds on loan until the end of the season.
However, Spurs are still after their man and Krasner said: " We are in advanced talks but nothing is signed, sealed or delivered."
"Tottenham have expressed an interest, and put forward a figure but we cannot complete any deal at this stage, we hope to do that early next week," he added.
