St Patrick's Athletic have confirmed that Karim el Khebyr has signed a one-year deal with the club.
The Frenchman had been sought by a number of other eircom League clubs and was recently on trial with Kilmarnock in Scotland but was "delighted to renew his relationship with Eamonn Collins and St Patrick's Athletic."
Speaking to soccercentral.ie Collins said: "I am very happy to have secured Karim for another season. He is a tremendous athlete and he brings a wealth of experience to the squad. The fact that he was been courted by some other eircom League clubs shows that he is highly regarded within the game."
He added: "That he chose to stay here at Inchicore is very welcomed and I am sure he will continue to progress endear himself to the clubs' supporters."
