Bohemians v Shamrock Rovers
"Bohs-Rovers derbies are always very tight with usually only a goal deciding them either way and I expect that's the way it will be," says Bohs' boss Stephen Kenny. Champions Bohs are in their best form of the season with four league wins on the spin. Central defender Paul McNally returns from suspension in what is likely to be the only change from the side that won in Cork on Friday night. Colin Hawkins, Mark Rutherford and Thomas Heary remain out with injuries.
Rovers, with just two wins in nine games, have ex-Bohs' striker Trevor Molloy back from suspension, but Pat Deans is sidelined with a knee injury.
St. Patrick's Athletic v Derry City
David Freeman comes in up front to partner Gary McPhee in the absence of suspended topscorer Tony Bird as St. Pat's hope to stretch their unbeaten run to eleven games. That's the only likely change in boss Eamonn Collins' starting eleven from Friday's 0-0 draw at Waterford as Colm Foley, Paul Donnelly, Stephen Quigley and Davy Byrne all remain out with injuries.
Derry haven't played since losing 3-1 to Shelbourne on September 5 and report a rested and fully fit squad as boss Dermot Keely looks for his first league win in six games since taking charge.
UCD v Waterford United
College welcome Darragh Ryan and Patrick Sullivan back from suspension, though Hugh Davey is out having been sent off in Friday's home defeat to Shamrock Rovers.
New UCD boss Pete Mahon is also without midfielder John Gaffney who has a thigh strain. With Willie Byrne (groin) still absent, Blues expect to be unchanged from their 0-0 draw with St. Pat's on Friday night as they hope to improve on a run that's seen them take just two points from their last five league games.
