Southend manager Rob Newman has completed the signing of Republic of Ireland striker Dominic Foley on a one-month loan deal from First Division side Watford. Foley joins the mid-table Third Division outfit with immediate effect and could go straight into the side to face Wrexham at The Racecourse Ground on Saturday.
