FIFA have confirmed that World Cup bronze medallists Turkey have agreed to play in the 2003 FIFA Confederations Cup thus completing the list of eight teams for the competition in France between June 18 and 29. In a statement released on Tuesday, the sport's governing body revealed Turkey as the final entrant in the invitational tournament.
The other countries in the event are hosts France, world champions Brazil, African champions Cameroon, Colombia, the USA, New Zealand and Japan.
