Villa trio not forgotten men says Taylor

Aston Villa manager Graham Taylor has insisted that Steve Stone, Alan Wright and Mustapha Hadji can still play an important part in the club's season if they maintain the right approach and attitude to the game. Taylor insists that the trio have not become forgotten men despite the fact that they have only been given limited chances at first-team level since Taylor took over at Villa Park in February.

However, Taylor has suggested he would not be afraid to introduce them if he felt it would be of benefit to the team. "I've said to all of them `providing you don't duck or dive with me, then I'm not going to duck and dive with you. I've said to them `you've got contracts here, the club will honour them and be ready when the chance comes again'."
